Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with The Steady Wrap. If it doesn't work out, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Guarantee
If The Steady Wrap doesn't help your dog within 30 days of delivery, contact us at micasareno7@gmail.com and we'll issue a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send the item back — just let us know what happened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong size/color, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Change of Mind Returns
If you'd like to return an unused, unworn item in its original packaging for a different reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.

Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
