Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 9–11business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at micasareno7@gmail.com.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier or issue a replacement/refund.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
